7 Cigarette container with slide cap (V2)

This is a 7 Cigarette container with a slide cap.

The box should be printed in PLA and the cap in ABS for smooth slide! Note that if both are PLA the cap slide does not work properly (too stiff).

The assembly of the cap is made by forcing the cap to slide from the opening hole towards the closed zone - then, never comes out anymore.

Print settings:

• Cap in ABS;
• Container in PLA (or ABS);
• Layer height: 0.2mm (0.4 extruder) / 0.4 (0.8 extruder);
• Top layer ironing should be enabled (not critical);
• Optional: You can lower the layer height near the top (variable layer height setting);
• Optional: The cap should be printed upside-down in a textured bed - so the top surface be textured;
• Optional: you can use a modifier solid at the bottom of the container to disable bottom and top layers and use a small grid infill - so the bottom can be a ventilated grid;

Note: the cap should be tight at first. But force it to slide back and forth till it slides well.
