Miniature YETI Cooler Model

A miniature YETI cooler, its fully functional (aside from keeping things cool) with latches and a hinged lid. 

Print with PLA or PETG, the latches can be printed in PETG / PLA, but TPU is recommended for longevity.

Hardware

0.9 - 1 mm wire in lengths of: 25mm x2 for hinges, and 12mm x2 for latches

Assembly

Make sure to remove the supports on the cooler hinge cavity.

Remove the custom supports on the lid 

Insert a 1mm x 25mm wire into the hinge hole (both sides)  by tapping it with a small hammer or something. 

Slide a 1mm x 12mm into the latch hole on the lid (both Sides) I've found that leaving it stick out a little can help align it with the latch. 

Align a latch with the pin and push the pin in

Then use something metal to fully seat the pin into the hole. Repeat for the other side

BEFORE YOU LATCH THE LID !!! be carful when you latch them, if you print the latches in PLA / PETG they may break when you latch them, so shaving a little material off the underside is recommended. 

(if you print the latches in TPU don't worry about this step)

Now you have a mini cooler!
