Rotating BSB Cable Holder for Vive DAS

A rotating cable holder for using the Bigscreen Beyond (BSB) VR headset with a Vive Deluxe Audio Strap (DAS). This clips onto the back of the DAS and holds the little rubber cable grommet that comes with the BSB head strap. 

Unlike similar models I've tried, this one freely rotates to ensure the cable is always at a minimal-strain angle no matter how you're doing your cable routing.

Assembly

Make sure the base circle spins freely; depending on your printer tolerances, you may need to break it free using a small flat-head screwdriver. 

Use a small amount of superglue to attach the DAS clip to the rotating base. Be careful not to add too much or it will get into the rotation mechanism and ruin it. 

Once the glue has dried, clip it onto the back of your DAS. This will require a bit of careful pressure.
