Antenna Case for Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32 Series 📡

This is a simple and compact antenna case designed for the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32 microcontroller series.

The case features a sliding lid design, so no glue or screws are required for assembly.

Tested and confirmed with:

• Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C3
• Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C6
• Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-S3

Other XIAO ESP32 variants with the same PCB layout should also fit.

🧩 Design Details

The included 3MF file contains two print plates:

• One with a hexagon-pattern lid
• One with a solid lid

🖨 Printing Recommendations

• Recommended materials: ASA or ABS
• PLA is not recommended due to temperature limitations
• These controllers have a working temperature range of ~40 °C to 85 °C, so a heat-resistant filament is advised
• No supports required
