This adjustable MTB shock dummy is designed to temporarily replace your rear shock during maintenance, allowing your bike frame to remain properly aligned and fully movable while the original shock is removed for service.

I designed this tool for my own suspension work and shop use. I sell the printed version online but I figured I’d also upload the files to help out my bike friends with 3D printers 🤙

The shock dummy features a threaded adjustable rod, locking nut, and swappable bushings, making it compatible with most mountain bikes that use dual eyelet rear shocks.

🛠 How to Use

1. Loosen the locking nut
2. Adjust the dummy length to match your original shock
3. Install the correct size bushings
4. Mount the shock dummy in the frame
5. Tighten the locking nut to secure
