M12 adapter w/ mounting flange thru wires template

Milwaukee M12 battery adapter.

 

-Mounting flange with inset for #10 hardware (I used 10-24).  Flange is designed to be bolted from the inside, but I'm sure you could work hardware in from the outside if you wanted to.

-Through mount wiring.  (I included a template in the print profile for drilling mounting holes and wiring pass through.

-#6-32X1/2" screws for backing plate. 

 

NOTE:  When assembling, I prepare the wires with spade connectors (no insulation on the connectors.)  Install the spades into the adapter, and press a battery pack into the adapter to ensure spade alignment.  Then I fill the end cap with silicone, and install.  Leave the battery installed until the silicone sets.  (Ensure your wires are taped and separated!)
