Main Features:
- 100% 3D Printed: No extra screws, bearings, or hardware required. Print it and use it!
- Universal Desk Mount: The screw-clamp mechanism fits any table or desk thickness from 10mm to 50mm.
- Compatibility: Designed for film rolls with an internal core diameter of 45mm or more and a maximum outer roll diameter of 100mm.
- Bonus Tool Caddy: Includes a snap-on organizer box for your scissors, cutters, or pens, keeping your workspace tidy.
Installation & Assembly:
- Slide the Knob onto the Screw (threaded rod).
- Screw the assembly into the main clamp body.
- Snap the Pressure Pad onto the tip of the screw.
- Mount it to your desk and start packing!
- Pro Tip: For an extra rock-solid grip on slippery surfaces, you can stick a piece of rubber to the bottom of the clamp and the pressure pad.
Print Settings & Profiles:
The provided print profile is organized into 3 Plates for your convenience:
- Plate 1: All-in-one (Every part needed for a complete set).
- Plate 2: Main Clamp Body + Screw (The structural base).
- Plate 3: Knob + Pressure Pad + Tool Caddy (Ideal for printing in a contrasting color).
Recommended Settings:
- Walls: It works fine with 3 walls.
- Infill: I used 10% for the clamp and 15% for the thread and the rest (Gyroid recommended).
- Material: I used PLA and it is sufficient.
