The dragon scepter is an important artifact from the popular Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. It's got the classic clean cut about a foot down the spear from the portal that closed on it, and the green-and-white tassle. It looks elegant. It's very easily printable. It focuses mostly on symbolism rather than accuracy, but still, the only things off about accuracy are the dragon engravings and the length.
