PTFE Bowden Tube Bulkhead Pass-Through

This is a bulkhead pass-through fitting designed for 4 mm PTFE Bowden tubing. It installs in a 3/8 in (approximately 10 mm) bulkhead hole and provides controlled support and optional retention of the tube.

The main body includes stress-relief geometry at both the entry and exit points to reduce kinking and wear on the PTFE tube.

An optional compression ferrule and nut are included. When used, the ferrule lightly compresses the PTFE tube to hold it in place. When omitted, the tube can slide freely through the fitting.

• Designed for a 3/8 in (approximately 10 mm) bulkhead hole
• Compatible with standard 4 mm OD PTFE Bowden tubing
• Stress relief at tube entry and exit
• Optional compression ferrule and nut for tube retention
• Can be used as a fixed pass-through or a sliding guide

Installation notes (optional).  For a permanent, airtight installation, a small amount of caulk or high-temperature silicone grease can be applied around the threads at the bulkhead hole and a thin film on the outer diameter of the ferrule.
