Fake iPhone 17 Pro Case (for iPhone 15 Pro)

 

This unique case is designed to give the iPhone 15 Pro the look of the newest iPhone 17 Pro, blending a playful aesthetic with real, usable features. The case is designed to be 3D printed in either PLA PETG or TPU, with PETG recommended for improved heat resistance, though PLA works well for general use. Built for experimentation and customization, this design is ideal for makers who like to tweak, swap, and modify their everyday gear with a interesting twist.

 

Note: 10x5x1 Magnets optional when printing

Note: Supports must be used to ensure proper overhangs. They have already been optimized in the Bambu Studio file.  

Use 50% Speed For Best Results.

AMS cannot be used with TPU. TPU color changes must be done manually. Watch video for more details.

Magnetic Camera Cover
A removable magnetic cover allows for quick style changes while protecting the camera area. The magnets are strong enough that the cover stays securely in place during regular use and light drops, and will not come off easily.

Fake Camera Control Notch
A design detail inspired by the latest iPhone layouts, adding to the “next-gen” look.

The camera cover evens out the back of the phone, allowing it to sit flat on a tabletop without rocking.

Bonus Night / Reading Light
When using a red camera cover, the camera flash acts as a subtle night or reading light that helps preserve night vision and minimizes blue light.

Assembly Guide: 

Remove support material then insert 10x5x1 magnets (with super glue or epoxy) into both slots in the back of the phone case. Note the magnet's poles facing up. Both magnets in the back of the phone case should have the same pole facing up. 

(skip this step if not using magnets)

Next, glue the fake flashlight and LIDAR lens into the back on the camera cover.

Note that the flashlight has the clear part facing up to make it more realistic to a LED.

Lastly, glue a 10x5x1magnet into the camera cover with the opposite polarity to both magnets placed in the phone case.

(the magnet in the camera cover should be strongly attracted to the two magnets in the phone case) 

(if not using magnets glue the camera cover to the phone case) 

(make sure not to glue the camera cover to you phone!)

 

Installing the Phone Case:
Insert the bottom of the phone first then press the top of the phone into the case firmly.
