Description
We’ve all been there: You’re mid-project when the AMS 2 Pro stops feeding. You open the hub and find the inevitable—a snapped tension arm. It’s frustrating because you can’t just buy the arm; the "official" solution is a $70+ full hub assembly. I wasn't willing to let my printer sit idle for weeks waiting for a replacement hub, so I designed the V2 Tension Lever.
Why Upgrade to V2? This isn't just a replacement; it’s an evolution. While this performs the same function as the original, the V2 is engineered with reinforced geometry to be significantly stronger. It’s designed to handle the constant spring tension that often causes the stock factory arms (and thinner printed versions) to fail.
Pro-Tip: Even if your AMS is working fine today, print this in ASA or PETG now. Having it in your toolkit means a 15-minute fix instead of a 2-week wait when the stock part eventually gives out.

Add more to support the arm and a guide for the spring to help keep it in place.
