Secret Storage Wall Shelf (Magnet Lock)

This compact wall shelf hides a secret compartment behind a clean, minimalist design. The outer cover slides forward to reveal the hidden storage space, and both parts are securely held together with 10× 4×2 mm round magnets for a satisfying, solid closure.

Wall Mounting:

The inner part is mounted to the wall using 2× M5 screws. The mounting holes are designed with a 5.5 mm diameter for easy fit (use suitable wall plugs/anchors for your wall type).

 

Printing:

I’ve included a print profile using 4 walls, 20% Gyroid infill, and only minimal supports where needed. Prints well in PLA or PETG (PETG recommended for extra toughness).

 

Assembly:

Insert the magnets (watch the polarity) and glue them in place if desired. Screw the inner part to the wall, then slide the outer cover on from the front.
