Custom Pet Tag with telephone number

Custom Pet Tag with Number: 

I scaled a little it the original model and added a telephone number behind the nametag.

You can customize it by going under the object section -> right click on the number modificator -> edit text

If the number dont fit, try to decrease the font-size, i suggest to keep it bold.
