2020 V-Slot Profile Mount

 

This is a 2020 V-Slot aluminium profile mounting bracket. It uses 2 screws to secure the mount to some surface, a M5 T-nut and a M5 bolt to secure the aluminium profile to the mount itself.

The dimensions:

• 60 mm length
• 33 mm width
• 20 mm height
• 20 mm x 20 mm square hole for the profile

Printing instructions

• more perimeters for more rigid print
• higher infill values (stronger part)
• lay on the flat side to print
• layer height doesn't matter much (0.2 mm for me)
• 0.4mm nozzle
• print with some support
• no brim needed
