Door Stop / Door Bumper for carpeted areas

I designed this door stop / bumper to sit behind my door (between the door and skirting board) to stop it opening too far and hitting the wall. The stop / bumper has spikes on the bottom to allow it to grip the carpet slightly to stop it moving around.

 

I printed in TPU for AMS for some extra ‘bounce’, but I am sure it will be fine in other materials. 5% honeycomb infill also allows for a bit of flexibility /damping.

 

Requires less than 9g of filament.

 

Diameter is 50mm but I am sure could be scaled without any issue.
