BTT SKR Mini E3 v3 Case for Full Bear

As mentioned, this is a remix of E-Leton's work. I only adjusted the screw holes to better align with the BTT SKR Mini E3 v3 board holes. I also made small adjustments so the board would lay flat and some plugs were less obscured. I may revert those changes if they prove to be unhelpful.

UPDATE: Changed the file because one of my changes was unhelpful. New upload should work.

UPDATE 2: The original design works but it doesn't leave much room on the sides for the Hotbed or Extruder connections. Added an additional 10mm to both the case and the door.
