Print it using the two halves so that the ridges of the batarang and the balde comes out well. You can print it in PLA but recommended to print it in PETG or ABS for more strength.

Standard Settings, standard speed, 3 walls, 3 bottom layers, 4 top layers and 20% and up infill.
