M4 bolt adapter for LabRax 10" server rack

This is a M4 bolt (and nut) adapter for mklements "Lab Rax 10" Server Rack - Bolted Version - 5U":

Basically I did not want to purchase another set of nuts and bolts. I had a bunch of M4 bolts that i wanted to re-use.
Instead of remaking the entire rack with the M4 sizing, i decided to make a nifty adapter. This also means I can take the adapter out if I ever decide to use the proper bolts.

This was printed in PETG, PLA should be sufficient as well.

Installation Instructions:
Adapter: you should be able to press fit the adapter into the LabRax hex slots
Nut to Adapter: Press fit OR threat a screw from the opposite side and snug down.

I've also included a M4 nut extractor and washers to adapted “Regular” server face plates for M4.
