5 Pact Raiders – Lore-Focused Fantasy Miniature Set (32mm Scale)

This set represents a violent pact formed not through loyalty or honor, but through fear, hunger, and shared opportunity. Bound by whispered promises and unrestrained brutality, these five raiders have left a trail of burned caravans, emptied villages, and broken oaths across the frontier.

They do not raid for survival alone. They raid to be remembered.

The Pact

1. The Gnome Pact Leader – Voice of Fury
The architect of the pact and its most volatile force. The gnome’s leadership is driven by a lifetime of resentment and simmering rage. He rules not through strength of arms, but through relentless intimidation, cunning threats, and a willingness to escalate violence without hesitation. Those who underestimate him rarely survive long enough to correct their mistake.

2. Ogre Hammerbearer – The Breaker
The first to answer the gnome’s call. The Hammerbearer exists for destruction and follows orders as long as they lead to things being smashed. Subtlety is meaningless to him; obstacles are meant to be removed, preferably loudly. Entire gatehouses have fallen simply because he grew impatient.

3. Ogre Cleaver – The Devourer
Feared even among her own kind, the Devourer raids not for gold, but for sustenance and satisfaction. Villages vanish along her routes, leaving behind gnawed timbers and scattered remains. She follows the pact because it feeds her appetite—both literal and otherwise.

4. Ogre Halberd – The Long Reach
Where the others rush forward, the Long Reach blocks escape. He has learned, in his own brutal way, that distance can kill just as surely as strength. Caravans that attempt to flee the pact often learn too late that he has already chosen who will run—and who will fall.

5. The Rogue with the Falchion – The Knife in the Dark
No one knows why the rogue joined the pact, and no one fully trusts him. He scouts ahead, spreads false rumors, and ensures that targets are already weakened before the pact arrives. Should the balance ever shift, many suspect he would be the first to disappear—after collecting what he can.
