Circle Curtain Tie Back with Fuzzy Skin

A simple curtain tie back in a circular shape with fuzzy skin.  Variations in the fuzzy skin can cause the cross bar to have a tight fit.  If you'd rather it be a looser fit, consider increasing the size of the circle 1%-3%.  Personally I think it's kinda nice that it ‘snaps’ into place with a little pressure, which can help keep the whole assembly in place on your curtains.
