Description
Hello world!
I’ve designed an adapter for the Kärcher Puzzi 10/1 that can be used as a non-OEM replacement part. I strongly recommend printing this part at a 50-degree angle with external supports. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE PETG-CF OR JUST PETG. After printing, I annealed the part at 70 °C for 1.5 hours (≈ 158 °F for 1.5 hours). I also recommend using epoxy resin (or epoxy glue) to fill the layer lines and ensure that the part is fully watertight.
For full assembly, you will need:
-----------------Annealing was performed in a small ceramic container filled with fine salt to give support to the part.-----------------
This part was originally made for a friend.
I’m especially interested in designing replacement parts for missing or broken automotive components, as well as other everyday items, tools, or accessories that commonly fail with regular use.
If you have an idea or need a custom part designed, feel free to reach out — maybe we can make it happen.
