🔧 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV 2014 – Deep Headlight Dust Cap for LED Upgrade

Designed to solve LED headlight clearance issues

This model is a deep / extended headlight dust cap created for Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (2014), intended for users who upgrade their headlights from halogen to LED.

Many LED bulbs have larger heat sinks or external drivers, making the original OEM dust cap too shallow to reinstall correctly. This upgraded version provides the extra internal space required while keeping the headlight properly sealed.

🖨 Print Settings (Recommended)

• Material: PETG or ABS

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm

• Infill: 30–40%

• Perimeters: 3–4

• Supports: No

• Print Orientation: Open side facing up

⚠ PLA is not recommended due to heat inside the engine bay.
