This high-speed, long-forked cyber-chopper is designed for the neon-drenched highways of the future. Just like its predecessor, it features a brutalist, angular aesthetic and a completely modular assembly system.

The cyber-chopper is engineered for makers who love the assembly process. Every part is a separate component, allowing for effortless multi-color printing even on single-nozzle machines. To ensure a clean and accessible build, the project is engineered around the KUSABI (楔) [PIN-Lock] system as the primary assembly method. It’s a fun, tactile build that results in a stunning display piece.
 

KUSABI (楔) [PIN-LOCK] IDEOLOGY
Mechanism: [PIN-Lock] — high-precision assembly using only 1.75mm filament pins. 
Efficiency: Designed to respect your print time — fast, high-quality, and optimized for zero waste.
Core: No glue. No screws. Pure mechanical soul. 

Engineering Upgrades:

• Enhanced Filament Pin System: I have redesigned the internal tolerances to ensure that the filament pins grip the frame securely while allowing the moving parts to remain functional.
• Ultra-Free Spinning Wheels: The wheel hubs have been optimized for minimal friction. With the right assembly, the wheels spin incredibly freely, giving the bike a high-quality, precision feel.
• Active Steering: This chopper features a fully functional steering mechanism. The long-fork front end turns smoothly, allowing for dynamic posing and play.
