Description

Silica Desiccant Printer Dryer - for fast drying using auxiliary part cooling fan. Designed for easy printing - no supports needed, just brim on the top cover to keep it on the build plate.

Tested on P1S - should work on P1/X1 printers.

 

Parts included:

  • Main grid - with lid for easy pouring  
  • 4 legs - with thread for easy assembly - keeping optimal airflow
  • Top cover  - it have brim so it stays on the build plate - just tear it away
  • Funnel - for connection with the auxiliary part cooling fan

All parts easilly fits together - no glue needed

 

Print from PETG - good heat resistance and no warping. 

The print speeds are reduced to get optimal print results.

 

Optimal use:

  • Pour the silica inside equally
  • Place the bed and the dryer so that the funnel is directly on the auxiliary part cooling fan
  • Set the bed temperature to 80°C
  • Set the auxiliary part cooling fan to 100% and the chamber fan to 10% for optimal airflow
  • Close the printer and wait 1,5h - silica will be dry completely
