Malphas the Sky-Scourge

 

For centuries, Malphas sat frozen atop the spires of the Iron Cathedral, a silent observer of the city below. When the blood moon rises, the stone cracks and flesh takes hold. He is no mere statue, but a cursed guardian bound to hunt those who would desecrate the sacred grounds he protects.

 

Add a touch of gothic horror to your next session with Malphas the Sky-Scourge. This miniature features a powerful, muscular physique, expansive bat-like wings, and a menacing crouched pose that fits perfectly on a 25mm or 32mm base. Whether used as a classic cathedral gargoyle or a high-level demon boss, this model is designed to be an eye-catching centerpiece on your tabletop.

Print Instructions

To capture the fine muscle definition and the texture of the wings, I recommend the following settings:

• Layer Height: 0.08mm (Recommended for best detail) or 0.12mm (for faster printing).
• Supports: ESSENTIAL. Use Tree (Organic) supports. I recommend 2 wall supports to ensure the wings print correctly. 
• Support Placement: Ensure you place supports specifically under the tips and trailing edges of the wings, under the chin/jaw, and beneath the claws extending over the base.
• Infill: 10-15% Gyroid.
