ULTIMATE DOOR SCRAPER V2 (for P1S / P2S / X1C)

Note: My V3 is now available and improved over V2 

 

I had a great response to V1 of my scraper, however through user feedback and my own testing the durability could be some what spotty. Compound this with the various machines / filiments / settings people use and I knew a more durable version needed to be created.

 

All the functionality I aimed for in V1 is still present including:

• Replacable Blades
• Separate Purge Blade
• The ability to mount to the door of P1S/P2S/X1C
• Customisation through infill pattern and colours

I hope the improvements made provide a functional, durable replacement for those of you who had issues with V1. A big thankyou for all the feedback I recieved, especially those who highlighted issues.

 

Boost MeIf you enjoyed V1 a boost is the best form of support so I can continue iterating and improving.

Note on filiment settings:

I reccomend printing with higher than usual filiment temps and slightly increased flow. This will trade a small bit of dimensional accuracy for improved layer adhesion.

 

Note on supports:

I intended V1 to be as support free as possible, however this is where I have had to comprimise for V2. A small bit of support material now needs to be removed from each pieces as seen in the photo below.
