BRICKMAN Minifigure – Fully Customizable Fan-Made Model

This BRICKMAN minifigure is inspired by the legendary brick-style characters, with faithful proportions and carefully designed dimensions. It’s fully customizable and compatible with original brick constructions, making it perfect for display, decoration, or creative builds.

 

Printing Profiles Included

To suit different setups and printing preferences, I’ve created multiple optimized printing profiles:

• Single-piece · Unicolor (Fast & Optimized)
  The entire BRICKMAN printed as one solid piece.
  Optimized for speed and efficiency, using only ~6 g of filament.
• Single-piece · Multicolor (AMS)
  The full minifigure printed in one piece for AMS users, allowing clean multicolor results with minimal effort.
• All parts separated · Multicolor (No AMS required)
  Every component is split, so you can print each part in a different color even without an AMS, then assemble everything afterward.
• All parts separated · Unicolor (Print Optimization)
  All components printed separately in a single color to optimize print quality, time, and reliability.

👉 Both “parts separated” profiles allow full articulation, meaning the arms and legs are movable after assembly.
This adds a lot of playability and display value, making the BRICKMAN poseable and more lifelike.

 

Printing Notes & Recommendations

Due to the very small size of some parts in the separated profiles (especially hands), you may experience minor printing issues if using standard settings.

For this reason, I set the profiles to a 0.08 mm layer height.
⚠️ I do not recommend using the standard 0.2 mm layer height for these parts.
If you want to change it, please stay within 0.12 mm or 0.16 mm max, considering the tiny dimensions.

If a small part fails:

• Simply reprint that specific piece alone
• Printing a single small part reduces printer oscillations and usually improves quality significantly

Good news: the smallest parts use less than 1 g of filament each, so reprinting them takes very little time and causes no material waste.

 

Each component is designed to be easily assembled, so you can customize your BRICKMAN with different outfits, colors, hats, and accessories to give it a truly personal touch.

Whether you want a classic look or something totally unique, this model is made to have fun, experiment, and let your creativity run free.
