Large Hexagon Box (240 mm)

A large hexagon box designed to be printed in separate parts and assembled after printing.

Each side and the base are printed individually and assembled using heat-set inserts and countersunk screws. The insert holes are sized for heat-setting only.

• Outer size: 240 mm
• Inner size: 228 mm
• Height: 240 mm

Hardware:

• M3 heat-set insert nuts (M3 × 8 × 4.2)
• M3 × 16 countersunk screws

Printing & assembly notes

• Parts print flat without supports
• Heat-set inserts required (press-fit not supported)
• PLA or PETG recommended
• Fully mechanical assembly, no glue
