Description

This is my take on a dry box system after using many other models.  

  • First, I wanted a very lightweight insert for when I didn't need a full roller system, it is less than 30g.

  • Second, I wanted a roller system that wasn't so tall that it interfered with my desiccant insert.

  • Third, I wanted a way to integrate feeding outside with a PTFE tube through the desiccant insert.

  • Fourth, I wanted to be able to use two other models to avoid opening up the box to feed and retract

This is a very lightweight Roller insert optimized for use with the “Skroam” or similar dryboxes with three ribs.  I've found these particularly cheap on TEMU.

  • 1x Round Hydrometer
  • 4x 608 bearings 

I've adjusted the distance between the rollers to optimize the depth the 200mm Bambu spools sit in the box, with between 7 and 8 mm to the bottom.  This allows use of the desiccant container with PTFE tube feeding system.
