GT's 48oz bottle sleeve

Hi All,

This is a 2 part TPU sleeve protector for GT's large glass bottles (I think it is 48oz). I drink a bunch of Kombucha and wanted a way to keep my reused glass water bottle protected and kind of insulated.

 

I used Overture 95A TPU and had no issues with overhangs or bed adhesion on the A1 textured TPU bed. Yes I did slow down the print and it takes a long time but I feel it makes for a better product. If I had a HF TPU it would be faster.

 

I used F360 for this design and it took a couple versions before I got it to the current version. Hope this works for you and if you have any comments feel free to share.
