欢迎来到LOOP,一个和TRAC完全不同的收纳系列。如果之前你使用过TRAC系列,那你一定会喜欢LOOP!

如果你想了解,故事是这样的:

TRAC系列的同期,我也一直在思考一种能把线缆包裹在内的收纳方案。我了解过很多同类型的方案,基本都是利用转轴固定线缆中点,通过转动转轴,带动两侧线缆缠绕的方案,总结下来它们普遍存在以下痛点

  • 安装线缆时需要拆开收纳装置,完全取出线缆时也是一样
  • 为缩小体积,线缆在内部被严重扭曲并挤压,弯折角度超过90度(我承认TRAC系列也有这个问题)
  • 为了让两端收纳同步,安装时需要将线缆中点固定在转轴处,即便这样,缠绕后也可能出现两端长度不同步的情况
  • 。。。

好,以以上清单为起点,再加上我在TRAC项目中被迫增长的经验

  • 通用尺寸,再也不想为每一个线缆尺寸单独制作一个模型了
  • 提供尽量少的打印配置数量,我知道有些人会选择不阅读模型描述,而直接使用第一个打印配置,然后回来抱怨说尺寸不合适。。。当然以上这些牢骚他们也看不到。。。
  • 需要为收纳制作额外的收纳方案

综上,再加上掉一些头发,然后就有了LOOP

  • 通用描述:适用于直径4mm以下,长度1m的线缆
  • 推荐使用编织线,线径更均匀,摩擦更小(实测线缆直径3.4mm,长度2m的Macbook Pro充电线,可被完整收纳在LOOP里,这应该是这版LOOP收纳2m线缆的极限了。推测2m非编织线要完整收纳,线缆直径要小于3.2mm。抱歉我没有合适的线缆去进行实际测试)
  • 尽量避免扭曲挤压,线缆在内部呈自然弯曲状态
  • 安装、取出线缆无需拆解模型
  • 线缆任何一端均可单独、快速缩放
  • 通用尺寸对给LOOP做收纳可太友好了,LOOP BOX已经在路上了
