Slim Phone Grip & Stand - 2.95mm

Summary

This mobile phone grip & stand utilizes a flexible TPU band which can slide and fold into a finger grip or an angled phone stand. It is very pocket-friendly, at only 2.95mm thick, and much more comfortable than a mobile phone ring. Two flex band options, blank or indexed.

Printing:

Print Flex Bands and Frame at 0.1mm resolution. Both Flex Band designs require a filament change, from TPU to PETG at layer 11

Assembly (See last 3 images):
- Install Flex Band lock tab in the wide section of frame rail (dovetail side)
- Install dovetail joint, press until fully seated
- Slide flex band to storage postion or remove to install frame on mobile device

Note: TPU and PETG have a weak bond. Glue may be necessary if PETG layer releases.
