Tool-Free Slide-In Case for ESP32-P4-WIFI6

I designed this custom case specifically for the ESP32-P4-WIFI6, focusing on simplicity, strength, and ease of use.

The case uses a slide-in drawer design that securely holds the ESP32 without any screws, clips, or supports. The board slides in from the side and locks in place through a tight, friction-fit channel. The fit is intentionally snug on first use to keep the board secure during normal handling.

After sliding the board in and out a few times, the fit naturally loosens just enough for smooth operation—without sacrificing hold.

The back features a polygonal vent pattern for airflow and visibility, while still protecting the board. All ports and connectors remain fully accessible.

This design has been physically tested with:

• A generic ESP32-P4-WIFI6 from AliExpress
• A Waveshare ESP32-P4-WIFI6

Both versions fit cleanly and securely.
