1992 - 1998 Del Sol CRX Fan blower knob

This is a Fan Speed control knob for a 92-98 Honda Del Sol CRX

 

Everything I found online even paid versions looking like they were made in 8 bit minecraft blocks

I visually modeled this in Fusion using a set of calipers with a few revisions for fitment.

 

There are 3 different options for sizes because different materials shrink, so you may need to print more than one.

If you try to scale keep in mind the light guide is scaled down for easy press fit.

 

The light guide presses in from the bottom may need some rocking to line it up. It is hollow on the inside to try and let light channel through. I don't have any PC or translucent Maybe someone could show me how it turns out! 

Also watch out for the tiny tab that can be peeled off,

Supports may be difficult to remove I used a knife to score the seam and twist the then everything popped off the bottom but the center section,
