Description

True multicolor 3D football club flag / pennant with real 3D color separation.

This model is part of my 3D Flag & Pennant Collection .

Optimized for AMS printing with very low filament waste.

Post-print flexibility instructions available in the last GIF.

 

Low Waste Multicolor Design

This model is specifically designed to minimize filament waste during color changes.

Thanks to the object-based multicolor structure on 1mm only, the total flushed filament is approximately 5 g for a finished print weighing around 75 g.

Printing Recommendations

  • Build Plate: Smooth plate ( ⚠️  highly recommended)
  • Color Assignment:
    Assign colors by object in Bambu Studio
    ⚠️ Do not use the Paint tool
  • AUX Fan: 0%
  • No manual adjustments needed

Post-Print Instructions

Watch the last GIF : A short post-print instruction video is included to demonstrate the correct movements.

After printing, gently free each hexagon to make it flexible.

Hold each hexagon between your thumb and index finger and apply gentle movements:

  • up and down
  • left and right

Repeat carefully until the hexagon moves freely.

⚠️ Do not force the movement — slow and delicate motions ensure the best result.

Filaments Used in the Photos

  • PLA tough Yellow
  • PLA Basic Red
  • PLA Basic Black

(Equivalent PLA colors can be used.)

This model is part of my 3D Flag & Pennant Collection, where each features its own optimized 3D geometry — not a simple recolor.
