AeroCase BigBox

The overall dimensions of the box are 246 × 190 × 102 mm.

Wall thickness: 2.2 mm.

There are two ear-ring–style handles on both sides of the lid:

one with a through hole, one with a blind hole.

The inner edge of the blind handle features a textured surface to make lifting the lid easier.

Both ear-ring–style handles need to be glued onto the lid.

All parts are designed to be printed without supports.

It is recommended to add a small brim when printing the Ring (Open) part to prevent the part from detaching.

I have provided the STEP file of the box body. You can add partitions as needed using your preferred modeling software.
