PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT NOTES BELOW BEFORE PRINTING.

This guitar was inspired by one of my favorite guitar players. I also wanted to pay tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne (RIP). Both Zakk and Ozzy were very close friends. I hope you enjoy printing this beautiful guitar. I really love how this one turned out with the bullseye pattern. Be warned. The body with this two-color scheme takes an entire day to print at normal speed. So it is a long one. But I think in the end the wait was worth it.

I made the two veneer pieces that go on the top and bottom edges. Be extra cautious when gluing them to the front and back of the guitar. To not get glue on the face of the guitar as I did. Mine came out a little small on the bottom face edge and had to cut a slit to allow it to be glued. I resized it in fusion so hopefully the clearance is better for you.

Also, take extra caution with the little tiny switch. I had to reglue mine back on, it seems stronger now than before. I may try and resize that a little better in the future.

Anyways, happy printing and rock on!

IMPORTANT NOTE! This print is intended to be printed VERTICAL! I know it is a long print (~28 hours) for the guitar body alone. But have faith in the process. If you are experiencing any bleed of the colors, or you are worried about this occurring. I may suggest you turn off the “Flush into this object” setting for the guitar body. I normally had this setting on for my other guitars, so I did not change this initially. I did experience some minor color bleed on my print so I am going to upload a new profile very shortly that I think will alleviate this.

Be aware that the slicer is making weird lines on the body. For some strange reason unknown to me, the slicer is now making lines where there should not be any. I think this occurred after the last firmware update because before that, these lines were not present in the slicer when I did mine. You can see in the image on my print that it did not have this happen. I tweaked the model in Bambu and just by rotating the body to face away from the camera, and with a few degrees extra, the lines appear to disappear from the print preview. Please, if you are seeing lines on the model before you print, just try and rotate it along the Z axis to have these anomolies disappear. See the image below for which way to orient the body.

If you rotate the body around like in the image below, I believe this should make the line anomolies go away for some reason. I think it has something to do with the seam alignment or something. The slicer somehow corrects this issue when you orient the body facing away from the camera.
