Description
Back when I got my Tamiya Blackfoot in incomplete condition, it didn't come with the electronic/servo cover that sits behind the shock tower. This part is additionally meant to support the tower and prevent it from bowing under load, so without it the assembly is pretty loose. This aimed to fix that problem for those who didn't just want to put a new ugly cover on.
I don't have my ORV anymore after selling it, but at the time it worked great as an easy way to get up and running again! The part itself doesn't go through much stress or heat so PLA should be totally fine, that's what I printed mine in. No supports are required, and I've designed it to perfectly distribute some load into the metal pivot points for the front arms.
These should be compatible with all Tamiya ORV chassis models that use this specific style of front shock tower, like the Blackfoot, Monster Beetle, or Mudblaster.
(Originally had this on my old Thingiverse account, but it has since been migrated, (the old listing removed,) and is now only available on Makerworld.)
