Print-in-Place Flush Access Panel for Cabinets

This print-in-place access panel is designed to be seamlessly integrated into a white cabinet bottom or floor panel. The hinge is fully functional straight off the printer — no assembly required, Only the stop angle for the hatch needs to be glued; therefore no supports are required, resulting in a cleaner and better finish. 

When closed, the panel sits flush for a clean, minimal appearance. When opened, the lid rotates upward and can rests neatly against the back wall of the cabinet, keeping the opening fully accessible without getting in the way.

The lid features a reinforced structure for rigidity while maintaining a smooth, professional finish. A subtle finger cut-out allows for easy opening while keeping the design discreet.
