Gift birthday sign with age - Geburtstags Schild

This is a potential three-color birthday sign. The design is such that the filament only needs to be changed twice with a standard 3D printer. The following filament color sequence should be selected: first white, second red, and lastly black. I have created three slicer projects at 0.20, 0.16, and 0.12 mm layer heights by changing the colors at the appropriate layers. The finer it is printed, the better it looks. Even for those in a hurry, it looks quite good at 0.20 mm.

I intentionally saved the STL file as two parts so that the rod can be printed separately, for example, in white. This gives it a closer resemblance to a traffic sign.

If you load the Slicer .3MF project at the desired resolution and you want a different year, simply delete the 3D object and load the other .STL file.

In summary: Start by loading white filament and print the rod for the sign individually. Then print the three-colored sign separately, changing to the red filament when prompted, and finally, switch to the black filament. With a little glue the rod will hold perfectly on the sign.

I tested this with Bambu Studio Slicer and a Bambu Lab 3D printer, and it worked perfectly.
Many desings for the years 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 are created.

Das ist ein mögliches drei Farben Geburtstagsschild. Mit dem Design ist es nur zweimal Erforderlich das Filament zu wechseln, und das bei einem herkömmlichen 3D-Drucker. Die folgende Reihenfolge der Filamentfarben sollte ausgewählt werden: zuerst Weiß, dann Rot und schließlich Schwarz. Ich habe drei Slicer-Projekte mit Schichthöhen von 0,20 mm, 0,16 mm und 0,12 mm erstellt, indem ich die Farben in den entsprechenden Schichten geändert habe. Je feiner der Druck ist, desto besser sieht das Ergebnis aus. Selbst für diejenigen, die es eilig haben, sieht es bei 0,20 mm immer noch sehr gut aus.

Ich habe die STL-Datei absichtlich in zwei Teile aufgeteilt, damit der Mast beispielsweise separat in Weiß gedruckt werden kann. Dadurch ähnelt es mehr einem Verkehrsschild.

Wenn du das Slicer .3MF-Projekt in der gewünschten Auflösung lädst und ein anderes Jahr möchtest, lösche einfach das 3D-Objekt und lade die andere .STL-Datei.

Zusammengefasst: Beginne, indem du weißes Filament lädst und die Stange für das Schild separat druckst. Drucke dann das dreifarbige Schild separat und wechsle, wenn aufgefordert, erst zum roten Filament und schließlich zum schwarzen Filament.

Ich habe dies mit Bambu Studio Slicer und einem Bambu Lab 3D-Drucker getestet, und es hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Viele Desings für die Jahre 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 und 60 wurden erstellt.
