Description
We wanted to create a clean and practical layout for my husband’s Systainer setup, mainly to organize small tools and parts in a clear way. While searching for a good base system, we found this grid model:

This grid works perfectly, and the standard boxes fit great in a SYS 1. However, my husband also uses SYS 2 Systainers, which are taller. Because of the extra height, the standard boxes don’t fit well and don’t use the available space efficiently.
To solve this, I designed custom-sized boxes specifically for the SYS 2 height, fully compatible with the same grid base.
For the narrow space directly behind the locking mechanism, I added a 1×10 box with a height of 108 mm instead of 120 mm, making it ideal for items like zip ties.
Across the different build plates, you’ll find one box of each size as an example. The recommended approach is to open the files in Bambu Studio and select the quantities and box sizes that best match your own needs.
