Flexi Cutter made easy "With Guide"

This model is designed to cut into your design and make a joint, this is easy done in bambu slicer.

 

• Each body segment is mechanically linked to the next
• Small built-in gaps prevent the parts from fusing during printing
• Once printed, gentle bending will loosen the joints if stuck
• No pins, screws, or post-processing required
• STL file included 

 

Follow this guide if you need to, this is in bambu labs slicer:

 

1.Cut ur design to fit the bed, laying flat, if you havent.

 

 

2. Cut The flexi cutter beneath the lowest hole.

 

 

3. Scale the Flexi cutter to fit design.

 

 

4. Now before you cut, fix the design by right clicking on it.

 

 

5. Now cut the design, holding ctrl and choosing both design and cutter, then press mesh boolean and subtraction like below.

 

 

 6. And now it should look like this.

 

 

You should now have a working flexi joint, now repeat for more joints.
