Sunlu S2 Wedge, with hinge

Updates:

• 16.11.2024: Introduced a new print profile that adjusts the lid to remain slightly less open, significantly improving drying efficiency compared to previous versions.

About This Design:

I wanted to make this for a while because I open the box for the first couple of hours but I want it closed afterwords to not absorb humidity when not using the drybox. Used the hinge form @Meister Edel to print it without any supports.

I included a couple of variants with/without logo/Bowden tube hole. It should work with other dryboxes that have a lid width of 4mm or less.

Mounting:

Mount using double sided tape. Refer to the pictures for more information. 

Note:

It takes a bit of force to free the hinge from the integrated supports!
