Hulk Mini Flexi – Articulated Superhero Figure

This is a mini flexi articulated Hulk, designed in the same style, scale and spirit as the other models in my mini flexi collection, and part of the Spidey series line.

The figure is articulated but printed as a single piece, making it strong, compact and easy to print even at small scale. The internal articulation provides movement while keeping the model durable and suitable for frequent handling.

As part of the Spidey series, this Hulk features a friendly, toy-like design that fits perfectly alongside the other characters in this line. It works great as a toy, keychain, desk figure or small gift, especially when combined with the rest of the series.

The model is optimised for multicolour printing, with clean colour separation for skin, hair and shorts, but it can also be printed in a single colour if you prefer a simpler version.

Print Settings

• Recommended layer height: 0.12 mm
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Infill: 10–15%
• Wall Generator: Arachne
• Supports: No (unless specified)

Filament Recommendation

For best durability, use standard PLA or PLA+.

Avoid using Matte or Silk PLA for articulated parts.
These materials are more brittle and can cause joints to break more easily over time.

If printing for keychain use or frequent handling, regular PLA or PLA+ is strongly recommended.
