Description
Designed with competitive play and organized storage in mind, this tournament deck box offers a compact and reliable way to carry your Beyblade X setup. Whether used at home or during events, it provides a practical balance between protection, portability, and efficient 3D printing.
For the best experience, adding foam (sound proofing foam works best) to the lid ensures that all components remain securely in place during transport, minimizing movement and protecting your Beyblades. ---------->>>>
The deck box accommodates up to three Beyblade X tops and supports BX, UX, and CX systems.
The internal layout keeps each top separated, limiting movement during transport and helping reduce accidental contact or wear.
The enclosure is built around a tool-free assembly concept, relying on precise printed tolerances rather than hardware.
All main components lock together to form a rigid structure, while the integrated printed hinge allows smooth and consistent opening and closing.
An optional TPU gasket can be added to improve sealing for dust and splash resistance (waterproofing not formally tested).
Tournament deck box Version 2.0 introduces a stacking adapter, allowing multiple deck boxes to be stacked securely.
Important:
The stacking adapter must be glued for proper strength and long-term stability.
Adhesive recommendation:
Use a small dab of clear gel glue (such as cyanoacrylate gel).
Gel glue is recommended to:
Allow the adhesive to fully cure before stacking or use.
This model is specifically engineered for additive manufacturing:
It is suitable for both single-color and multi-color printing setups and works well on common home 3D printers.
All parts can be printed in custom color combinations to match personal preferences, team colors, or tournament setups.
Assembly consists of joining the printed components in sequence until the enclosure locks into its final form.
The process is straightforward, requires no hardware or adhesives (except for the stacking adapter), and can be completed in just a few minutes.
