Bag handle for knotted bags

A simple handle to carry heavy bags that are knotted. Two hooks added for additional carrying power.

Diaper bags are very heavy, and our trash can is designed so that the trash bag is a hard-to-carry bag with just a knot to hold on to, which is why I designed this. Also added two hooks which is a game changer for carrying a lot of heavy bags.
