DnD Beholder - D&D Monster Manual Project - Day 14

This is the fourteenth day of a project to make every mini in the 2014 Monster Manual for my friend who is planning a gauntlet game - we will be fighting every monster in it!

I'll be doing one monster a day until it's done. Follow the collection and my page to see how they turn out!

 

These are made using Makerlab's Image to 3D model, and then tidied up in Blender.

Today's monster is everyones favourite - the Beholder!

These neurotic aberrations plan out every single possible way they could be attacked, and have the perfect counter ready for any situation you could throw at them. Also, don't mess with their pet fish!

 

This model is scaled to 50mm as a large creature - but can be altered in the slicer to suit your needs. 

Please take care when rescaling that the parts are thick enough to print.

 

 

Please take care removing supports, especially around the eyestalks. Snipping the supports is a good idea.

Remember, superglue works magic!
