🧵 Recommended Materials

I used Sunlu PLA+ 2.0. I highly recommend using PLA, but you can experiment with any material you like! :)

⚙️ Print Mode

Please use the provided .3mf template. When choosing the print profile, select the one named "DESIGNER". This model is already pre-configured for the best possible printing results.

📐 Orientation and Support

• Plate: The object can be printed entirely on a single plate on all printers.
• Supports: This model is designed to be printed without any supports.

📏 Dimension

• Diameter: Ø =~115mm
• Height: 0.4mm (exactly 2 layers)

Important: You can resize the diameter, but make sure you do not change the Z-height (Z-axis) to maintain the folding functionality.

📂 Negative Part

I have also included a file named "negative part". You can use this file to "cut" and adapt the hat-bouquet to any teddy bear model you want!

How to use it:

1. Open Bambu Studio.
2. Move the "negative part" inside your teddy bear project.
3. Select both the bear and the negative part.

4. Right-click and select "Merge".

5. Go to the Object section in the left menu.

6. Right-click on "negative part" and select "Change Type" -> "Negative Part".

7. Move it with the Move (M) and Rotate (R) commands to the desired position.

8. Once the negative part looks transparent, you are ready to print!

🔄 Folding Instruction

For the first time please follow this tutorial:

 

 

for next times, just follow these steps:

 

Locate the only section with 3 empty spaces.

Start folding from that point and continue until the whole model is collapsed.
