Description

3D printed TPU inserts are great! They are waterproof, so no need to worry in the trail. They are highly modular (especially this model). Extreme side hill capability, yet conformative.

Fit 1.9 wheels and Jconcepts Tusk and the Proline Krawler, Hyrax, Flat-Iron, Trenchers. tires fit great!

This model is meant to be adjusted in the slicer. I have placed modifiers on the model. If you want ex. a harder inner core, set the modifier infill higher. If you want the outmost layer to be softer or harder. Adjust the infill in the global global section. Also you will find modifiers on top and bottom. These control the amount of walls on the sidewalls. I set it to 2 walls for easier print and more stable side hill.

Everything is set to make for a good print with super soft feel for lighter trucks. Again, just change the infill to suit your needs.

Please use the process presets included as a starting point.

The project is set for Bambu Labs TPU 85A on 0.4 nozzle. Of course you can print these in harder TPUs aswell.

IMPORTANT!

Bambu states that you cannot print 85A with anything smaller than a 0.6 nozzle. You can, but it takes some thinking.

1: Make sure you use a spool holder with NO drag. It needs to move super smooth and preferably feed the extruder from the top. You can find that kind of spool holders here on makerworld.

2: Bambu 85A Filament profile. Bambu studio wont let you choose Bambus 85A profile while using a 0.4 nozzle. So choose the Bambu 90A profile. Change volumetric flow to 2.2 and up the temp to 235. Save as new profile. This works great!

All settings in the project are there for a reason. A lot of time went in to this, so if you want to change something you should proceed with care. If you get a bad prints from making other settings, please dont blame me!
