Applicator Roller V2 (Fully 3D Printable)

The Applicator Roller V2 has been designed to be fully 3D printable, requiring no hardware whilst also focusing on strength and ergonomics in order to apply double sided tapes and other adhesives to various surfaces with a smooth and fluid rolling motion.

Ergonomic Handle - Fits nicely in the hand allowing for efficient power transfer from the muscles into applying the tape or adhesive.

Roller wheel - Optimised for precision and firm application of adhesives.

 

Assembly

1. Position the roller wheel into the handle so that all of the holes are aligned.
2. Press the Axle into position through both the handle and roller wheel together (Note: You can use the table as required).
3. Optional: Add glue to fasten the Axle to the Handle.
